Refund policy
Please review the following choices carefully, refunds and returns can only be processed when eligible items are returned using the appropriate method. If your return is shipped or brought to a store after the timeframes indicated below, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Shrink-wrapped or sealed product that has been opened and/or removed from original packaging may not be returned, unless it is defective.
- Used books are not returnable or exchangeable.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, books must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging (if applicable)
- Show no significant signs of damage, wear, or misuse
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If a book arrives damaged, defective, or in unreadable condition, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product to help us process your request efficiently.
